Shipping Policy:

Returns:

  1. Returns Accepted: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process.

  2. Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns. Final sale items are clearly marked on our website, and this policy applies to them without exception.

Defective Products:

  1. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products: If you receive an incorrect item, or if the product is damaged during transit by the carrier, or if it is defective in any other way, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will provide assistance and arrange for the return or replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.

  2. Return Process for Defective Products: For defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the return costs. Once we receive the defective product, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference. There will be no cost associated with returning defective products.

Customer Remorse:

  1. Customer Remorse Returns: If you wish to return an item due to customer remorse, which includes scenarios such as purchasing the wrong product, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind, please contact our customer support to initiate the return process.

  2. Return Shipping Responsibility: For customer remorse returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

  3. Restocking Fee and Non-Refundable Shipping Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all customer remorse returns. Additionally, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Any damage caused by improper handling or negligence on the part of the customer may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
